Teenage Assailant Receives Life Punishment with Base Sixteen-Year Duration
A 15-year-old adolescent has been judged to life incarceration with a lowest term of 16-year period for the homicide of fellow schoolmate Harvey Willgoose during a lunch period.

The defendant knifed Harvey, similarly 15 years old, into the chest with a hunting knife at Sheffield's All Saints Catholic High School in the second month.

In the trial, Khan testified he had not meant to kill the deceased or cause him significant damage, asserting he could not recall what had occurred.
The state maintained that he had "intended to show he was tough" and "knew exactly what he was doing".
"You were the aggressor and... you proceeded in distress and rage at what you considered to be his treachery of your friendship," stated the court official during the judgment.
Aftermath
The school issued a message conveying that the pupil was "dearly mourned every single day by the whole learning environment".
Law enforcement stressed the catastrophic results of carrying knives, observing that a "momentary decision" can permanently transform multiple lives.
