More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Property plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.

Additionally featured in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling distinct sections of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
